Check-in and check-out
- Check-in and check-in to the rooms - at 14:00 p.m.
- Check-out is at 12:00 p.m.
- We request you to vacate your room by 12:00 p.m.
- Then there will be cleaning and preparing to receive new Guests.
- Guests who need to change their stay or in the case of unforeseen circumstances are required to inform the hotel reception at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in full payment for the unaccommodated nights following the check-out date. No refunds will be given for any unaccommodated period.
Penalty
No fee will be charged if the Guest is at least one day late or refuses to check-in when making a hotel reservation. Reservation is canceled, penalty fee is charged for downtime due to the Customer's fault which leads to financial losses equal to the value of the booked room per day. Cancellation of booking or change the date of arrival without financial loss can be up to 3 days before the planned date of arrival. In this case, the penalty fee may be canceled by the hotel.
For children
If you are planning to stay in our hotel with a child under 5 years old, the accommodation in the room with parents will be free of charge, for one child per one adult. Baby cribs are provided by agreement with the hotel administration.
Rules of accommodation and behavior in the hotel and its territory
1. Guests check in and check out at the hotel with their Passport or ID card.
2. The check-in procedure includes the completion of the Guest Registration Card, which is also a pass to the hotel. The Guest agrees to receive personal data, the hotel guarantees their confidentiality and safety, without transfer to third parties, except in cases established by the legislation of Uzbekistan.
3. The hotel has the right to refuse to accommodate the Guest in the following cases: identification of signs of strong alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication, aggressive, inadequate behavior, attempts to cause physical and moral harm, causing insults to the staff or Guests of the hotel.
4. Visiting of unauthorized persons invited by our Guest (not more than 2 persons), from 10:00 to 23:00 hours, which should be notified to the administrator on duty. Persons invited by our Guest must present proof of identity. The administrator has the right to refuse the stay of a third party, invited by a Guest of our hotel, in the following cases: signs of strong alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication, aggressive, inadequate behavior, attempts to cause physical and moral harm, causing insults to the staff or the Hotel Guests.
5. The hotel will charge you at the moment of check-in, or in advance, for the entire period of stay in the hotel.
6. We provide hotel guests with free of charge:
o medical kit and ambulance call;
o household items (dishes, kettle, threads, needles);
o mail delivery;
o wake-up call at an agreed time;
o high-speed Internet (wired, wireless);
o multichannel satellite TV.
7. Also provides a wide range of paid services, with a price list which can be found at the reception.
8. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of money, valuables, jewelry, if they have not been deposited formally, with documentation.
9. To keep money, other valuables, use a safe deposit box. The administrator will not accept money for safekeeping.
10. Responsibilities of a hotel Guest:
o Carefully read the rules in force, which are designed specifically to create the most favorable conditions for our Guests.
o Please strictly abide by these rules and the moral and ethical standards of human behavior in public places.
o Pay for the services provided by the hotel on time to avoid various misunderstandings and unpleasant situations.
o Observe the cleanliness, silence and order in the hotel, do not create unpleasant situations for other guests of our hotel.
o Observe the legislation, sanitary and fire safety rules.
o Take care of the property and the equipment of the hotel, otherwise you will have to compensate for the material damage caused to the hotel. A list of property values is at the reception desk. All disputes relating to material claims are considered in court.
11. It is forbidden for a hotel Guest to:
o Disturb the peace and comfort of other hotel Guests.
o Leave unauthorized persons in the room without personal supervision and notification of the administration, or give them the keys to the room.
o Store in the room bulky or dangerous things, as well as substances prohibited by the legislation of Uzbekistan.
o Conduct on the territory of the hotel commercial activities, carry out illegal actions, according to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
o Check-in with birds, insects and animals.
o Smoking in places not designated for smoking. Penalty for smoking in inappropriate places and in the rooms - 200$.
12. When leaving the room, please remember to:
o look around the room and make sure there are no unauthorized persons in the room;
o close the windows and make sure the cold/hot water taps are closed;
o check that the lighting and electrical appliances are turned off.
