We suggest you familiarize with conditions and order of booking rooms in our hotels Poykent. This order helps to make reservation with comfort and be sure that you are already expected in the hotel, as well as to avoid various misunderstandings. Please read them very carefully. Thank you!
• The hotel makes reservations in any form (on a contractual basis or by direct request by phone, e-mail, or in any other way). The following booking types are available at our hotel:
• • Guaranteed reservation - with this type of reservation, the hotel holds a seat or a room (at the Guest's request) until he or she arrives at the hotel. In case of a cancellation later than 3 days in advance, or a late arrival, a penalty is charged for a room downtime due to the fault of the customer, but not more than a day. If the customer is late for more than 24 hours and does not confirm the reservation, the reservation is canceled.
• • Unguaranteed booking - a room (place) is reserved by the hotel for a certain period of time, and in case of being late or not checked in on time, the reservation is canceled. Be careful, if you are late, inform the hotel administration.
• Reservation comes into force from the moment of confirmation by the customer and receiving information about: room category, price, booking and accommodation conditions, terms of stay at the hotel, other information on customer's request.
• The customer has the right to cancel the reservation by the established rules. This must be notified within 3 days. Otherwise, it will be necessary to pay a penalty for the downtime due to the fault of the customer.
• The hotel has the right to refuse to issue a reservation if there are no rooms (seats) available on the desired date. In this case the manager will offer other variants (another room, another date or recommend another hotel with similar parameters and price range).
• The hotel provides services upon presentation of a Guest identification document (passport or ID) .
• Familiarize yourself carefully with the terms and conditions of the hotel.
• Standard check-in starts at 14:00. Early check-in is at 6:00 am.
• Check-out is at 12:00 the next day. Late check-out - until 18:00.
• For non-standard check-in or check-out 50% of the daily cost of the chosen room can be added to the hotel price. To avoid misunderstanding and miscommunication, please discuss all nuances with reservation manager.
The hotel has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract on hotel or other services provision and refuse the client in service (initiate the eviction procedure) in the following cases:
1. Violation of generally accepted hotel rules;
2. Failure to pay for the services, both basic and additional, on time;
3. Intentional or unintentional material damage to the hotel or its Guests, refusal to compensate the hotel or others;
4. Violation of the rules and safety standards established by these Rules and the legislation of Uzbekistan;
The hotel guarantees round-the-clock service of the Guests who come and go from the hotel.
Failure to pay for basic or additional hotel services is a valid reason to refuse the client. Service is not provided, contracts and agreements are cancelled.
